A Blessing for the Sea Islands
May the love of the Lord of the sea islands enfold you;
May the spirit of salt marsh and sweetgrass enliven you;
May the gracious and gentle sea breezes renew you;
May the grandeur and grace of the great live oak fortify you;
May the ready resilience of the palmetto steady you;
May you love the Lord Jesus as beautifully as he has loved you;
And the blessing of God Almighty: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
be upon you now and always. Amen.

Dates can be adjusted around your availability. Substitutes are also needed. To volunteer or to receive more information please contact Anne Norton: annenorton4@gmail.com.
Blessing Baskets

Episcopal Relief & Development
"Working Together for Lasting Change"
Every Fifth Sunday
The best way to share our blessings is to be intentional about it. We intentionally remind everyone about the important work done by Episcopal Relief & Development. Please make checks payable to ERD and place them in the offertory plate or drop by the office. Thank you for your continued support. Together, we are creating real and lasting change for the people of the world.
Our next-door neighbors need our help. They are looking for volunteers who are willing to visit with residents who do not have family or friends close by. The act of someone coming to their room and talking with them, reading a book, or just being there can mean so much to them.
If you are unable to visit in person but would like to help in other ways, you can check out their Amazon Wish List.
If you would like to volunteer please contact Nick Lyons at nick.lyons@johnsislandpa.com.
*Please note proof of COVID-19 Vaccination and TB Test is required.
